Job description

Our client is searching for dynamic and experienced AINs to join their team in Liverpool, Campbelltown, Penrith and Mountain areas.

Job Highlights:

  • Locations: Hornsby, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Penrith and Mountain areas 
  • Part-time Contract (Must be available 3 days at least a week)

Skills and Experience:

  • Compassion and empathy for clients’ needs.
  • Experience needed but not essential.
  • Effective communication with clients, family, and professionals
  • Proficiency in personal care and mobility assistance
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and provide client-centered care.

Role Summary:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Observing residents’ health status and reporting any changes or concerns to registered nurses or healthcare professionals.
  • Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to maintain their independence and safety.
  • Assisting residents with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper hydration.
  • Providing emotional support, companionship, and engaging residents in recreational activities to promote their well-being and quality of life.

To be successful:

  • Certificate 3 in Individual support is an advantage.
  • Working right is needed
  • Willing to commit to a Part-time contract position, which is ongoing.
  • First aid and CPR
  • Police Check
  • Must be vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated(Flu Vaccine and Covid).
  • Must own a car, drivers license and comprehensive insurance
  • Experience in Personal Care
